Contacting agencies (current and new) and collecting all material that needs to be submitted. This includes safeguarding and training agencies to get all the pre-approvals necessary for proper co-op tender. Contact manufacturer if there are any issues with co-op. Answer questions from dealer and/or account executives about co-op issues. Managing all co-op funds and ensure proper distribution to collect on all available funds.
Having a strong communication between agencies and dealer to ensure everything is running smoothly. Resolving problems before they become an issue. Build agency and dealer connection to allow for future rates to be lowered.
